Our approach to the design and documentation of the building reflect our findings so that local companies will be able to effectively compete for the work. We have found that through past projects in the region, local trades and suppliers, prior to tender have a familiarity with the projects at the time of tender and become highly competitive. Tender documents will be completed in a way that encourages the use of local business in accordance with State Government policies.
